Alpaca Country House Alpaca Country House is a meticulously restored 13th-century farmhouse, owned by the Magnani family. Nestled in the medieval village of Montecastello (Pisa), it sits amid the picturesque hills of Pisa province near Palaia, surrounded by lush, unspoiled nature steeped in history. Located within the "Alta Valdera Park," the property spans 5 hectares of green land with ancient olive trees, largely dedicated to breeding alpacas—charming animals prized for their luxurious wool. Sharing the space with the alpacas are: A Falabella miniature horse named Imperatore A Tibetan goat named Elvira A donkey named Giulio Seven Tibetan goats A golden retriever Four cats Guests can meet all our animals through guided tours!

Rigoletto
In the heart of Tuscany, inside the Alpaca Country House, there is a 50 sqm rustic-style apartment, which we have named "Rigoletto", with an independent entrance on the first floor. It consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding a single bed), an en-suite bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette, and an equipped terrace with table and chairs for outdoor meals. The kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine and everything needed for meal preparation. A shared washing machine and unattended private parking are also available. WiFi internet connection and air conditioning are also available.
Don Carlos
From the Don Carlos apartment you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Tuscan hills: measuring 60 square meters in rustic style, the apartment features a private entrance and is located on the first floor. Don Carlos consists of a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, and an equipped terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also the possibility to add two extra beds in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine and everything needed to prepare your favorite meals. Tornatore
The "Tornatore" apartment is in full rustic style, with a private ground floor entrance. It consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding a single bed), an en-suite bathroom with shower, a living room (where an extra bed can be added) with kitchenette, and an external veranda with garden featuring chairs, tables and the possibility to use the barbecue.
